Main terms

Below is the short version – the full terms and conditions are what you must accept in order to book.

This is an no-smoking/no-vaping, adults only accommodation. Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets or children, including infants.
5 nights min. / 14 night max. stay.
Maximum of 2 guests.
Check-in: 3pm-7pm. Check-out: 10am. Other check-in times possible by arrangement.

Payment

Deposit: 20 % up front when booking accepted.
Balance due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Pay by bank transfer – details in confirmation email.

Cancellation

14 days before arrival = 100% refund.
13-7 days before arrival = 50% refund.
6 days or less = No refund.
